Returns and refunds

If, despite all the care we put in our products Les Alcyonides Swimwear you were not satisfied with your order, all the products sold on the website can be returned.

The returns will be at the expense of the client, during 14 days following the parcel reception, by sending an email to hello@lesalcyonides.com, and will be reimbursed, excluding shipping fees, on the credit card used for payment, in the following 14 days after we receive the return, or until the client provides a proof of expedition of the returned parcel. After that date, the products can no longer be returned.

The returns will be at the client own risk, in their original packaging, to the address communicated by the customer service via email.

Regarding the swimwear returns, the products must bear the original hygienic label.

The return of incomplete, worn or damaged products will not be accepted.
